Multiple challenges confronted the owner/developer of these urban properties: small, unusually configured sites, a marginally safe environment, off-street parking, and open space code requirements. Offsetting these problems was the opportunity for spectacular views of downtown Philadelphia. BWA prepared designs for these residences that successfully addressed the constraints and opportunities at a modest cost.
