Haddington Neighborhood Affordable Housing

ACHIEVEability

As a PHFA-financed Affordable Development project, over 120 units of affordable housing have been provided on a variety of scattered sites for ACHIEVEability, originally known as Philadelphians Concerned About Housing. Both renovation and new in-fill housing, these designs have helped to revitalize the Haddington and Cobbs Creek communities through a series of development initiatives involving federal housing funding, Pennsylvania tax credits, the Redevelopment Authority and other funding agencies.
