This project encompassed two sites and required phased implementation. The main conference center and office occupy over 8,000 SF on portions of two floors in the University City Science Center. The conference center itself consists of several break-out spaces for 50, two 125-person spaces that can be combined to make one larger conference space, and its own oversized internal lobby to accommodate catered food, information tables, and casual interaction space.

The second piece of the project was a 2,000 SF renovation in a historic building. This satellite training center, adjacent to a public school in West Philadelphia, consists of a meeting/instructional space, offices, and support space.
